Soviet trams

Soviet trams were widely used in various cities of the USSR and were an important means of public transport.

One of the most famous and widespread Soviet trolleybuses was the KTM type. This trolleybus had various modifications, was manufactured in different cities of the union and was used in different countries. This trolleybus had a modern design for that time, comfortable space for passengers, as well as wide doors and comfortable seats.

Trams in the USSR also had different modifications depending on the city and time of production. The most widespread were low-floor trams and KTM-8 cars, which had a comfortable space for passengers, wide doors and comfortable seats. Trams of the E type were also produced, which was the fastest tram in the USSR at that time.

Soviet trams were made of durable materials and did not require high maintenance costs. They also had high safety ratings and were equipped with emergency braking and fire extinguishing systems.

Today, some CIS cities still use Soviet trams, which is evidence of their reliability and durability.
